Enbrighten 120in. Under Cabinet Light Fixture Linking Cord, White

While I bought from your site, it isincompatible with your own lights. Have to return.

I had purchased the Enbrighten 18 inch Hardwired Under Cabinet Lights, 1275 Lumens, Five White Settings from (2700K-6500K), Full Range Dimmable, Under Counter Light, Linkable Under Counter Lights for Kitchen 82921-T1. I needed this extender cable for wiring around my microwave to connect under the kitchen cabinets. I found that the extender is not compatible with their own products.

What made this process absolutely frustrating is that on the order they mention to email them at [****] however the email bounced back as undeliverable and not a correct email. There is no mention of a phone number on the order. Such a huge hassle. Regret ever buying these lights from Enbrighten. They cannot cover the basics of including in their descriptions what their extension cables are compatible with and putting an email that does not even work. Not professional. I see this has been a recurring problem based on other comments and no change.

It was the wrong product. Attempted a return and have not heard back.
