The lights remember your last setting. 

You may be experiencing RF noise and your remote needs to be paired. Disconnect power from the lights. Within 3 seconds of connecting power, press the remote’s ON/OFF button until the lights blink. This confirms your remote and lights are paired. 

Ensure the RF module is in the correct configuration. See the product manual for specific instructions.
